Dave and Ethan interview comedy writer Rob Kutner! Along with his impressive career writing for CONAN and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, he helped bring a Weird Al song into existence and just released the book Snot Goblins and Other Tasteless Tales which features a Weird Al joke on the back cover!

Rob Kutner is a comedy writer who has won 5 Emmys, a Peabody, a TCA, and a Grammy writing for such shows as TBS’ CONAN and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. His latest book, a new horror-comedy kids’ anthology Snot Goblins and Other Tasteless Tales is now available via his website. He has worked with Weird Al on CONAN, as well as his scripted audio podcast, Runaway Brains.

About The Podcast

The mission of Dave & Ethan’s 2000″ Weird Al Podcast is to provide an entertaining podcast based around “Weird Al” Yankovic and his fandom through fun interviews and engaging discussions.

Dave & Ethan came up for the idea for a Weird Al Podcast while waiting in line together at the Coffee Bean on San Vicente Boulevard. They both ordered soy decaf hazelnut lattes. Ethan was on a cell phone call with his mother.
