To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Weird Al getting his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dave and Ethan welcome Vikki DeVries, treasurer and co-founder of the Weird Al Star Fund, to discuss her and Dave’s 15-year journey to successfully nominating and funding Al’s long-overdue star.

Vikki DeVries is a super fan who is the mastermind behind Al Fest 2009, and, along with Dave, spearheaded the campaign to get Al a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, including helping to raise the necessary $40,000 to pay for it.
